Any recommendations for high traffic toplists with REAL traffic.

I tried out a couple but the hits were definately fake.

I am specifically looking for teen pic/movie top lists to post on.

You need to try the picka picka toplist of sites. They are reset every Sunday! They are HOT!

Then, try the toplists from Lotza. They're luke warm toplists but they're still pretty good on conversions!

The toplist at Topnotch are pretty cold! Not much traffic going through them but never the less still pretty decent!
