The registrant's city and the ebay sellers city aren't copacetic. Taht, coupled
with the sellers 3 strikes...the deal stinks.

Could be somebo-dy has hacked the (previous) card sellers ebay account and is trying a quick domain scam. Pretty common nowadays.
