FTC says all adult spam must be labeled and more new rules
Pornographic "spam" e-mail will have to contain a warning on the subject line so Internet users can easily filter it out, the Federal Trade Commission said Tuesday.
Starting May 19, sexually explicit e-mail will have to bear a label reading "SEXUALLY-EXPLICIT:" and the messages themselves will not be allowed to contain graphic material, the FTC said. Like other e-mail marketers, they will also have to include their postal address and an easy way for recipients to opt out of future mailings. Marketers will not be allowed to use explicit phrases in the subject line, the FTC said. http://www.forbes.com/markets/newswi...tr1330562.html It doesn't say what will happen if companies don't follow the new rules. |

This legalises SPAM. Shall we all start a career as spammers now?
Why do they call it an anti-spam law? |
Pretty funny for a government trying to do anything they can to sqash porn to provide legal guidelines to send porn e-mails spam.
How fucking ironic is that? :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh |

This thread has already been posted earlier ... I think that's a real good thing . I dunno since when spamming has became a good thing arround here.

Good news.
I'm fucking sick of cock-suckers re-selling my emails and spamming the shit outa them |
So all American porn spammers are toast. I'd assume most of the worst ones are offshore so I can't imagine this is going to get rid of much spam.
