5 years from today, year 2009 .. who will remain?

Will there be new *big players* .. or will Hustler eventually swallow up everyone? Will one of the new programs popping up claiming "new exclusive content, hosted galleries, etc." be one of the future leaders? Will the Silvercash's, etc. still be on top? What are you serious thoughts .. lets hear all the old school cats on this ...

According to www.coasttocoastam.com

(radio talk show) they had a guest on that said that most of the world will be wiped out by then so it wont matter.

Recap:
The Coming Cataclysm
Remote viewing teacher Major Ed Dames shared his latest forecasts which included the identification of the key harbinger event that immediately precedes major cataclysms on our planet. The event he said to watch out for will be the early return of a Space Shuttle mission, due to heavy meteor showers. (Shuttle missions are scheduled to be revived beginning in 2005.)

Well - only look at past history to determine the future. Five years ago MaxCash was on top and they are still in the game. TrafficCash (CEN) was a top 3 player and they are still in the game. CyberErotica was up there as well. And there were a bunch of guys doing SE and controlling traffic that are still in the game (and still stick to themselves).

So, while the game changes and new players are added there will always be guys that are smart with good contacts who will remain players.

And got a lot of stupid answers from idiots.

IMO the internet will change a lot in the next 5 years. More companies like Hustler, Score, Private, Wicked Vivid, etc. will come in and replace most of those here. Look at it logically.

They have a lot of money, they are suffering because of the business lost to the Internet, they have years of content, they have a recognisable name, they will deliver a quality product.

The one thing that stops them is learning how to drive traffic. :1orglaugh Look at some of the top traffic guys and work out how long it will take them to learn. Or hire them.

Look at the product they have available to tempt the surfer with. Most of the magazine publishers and video companies currently have sites and are just waiting for the Internet to become the number one delivery medium for porn.

Those who survive will be the ones who don't ignore the threat and build a product and service that can compete.

The Internet is the fastest evolving business I've ever been in, survivors will change with it.

Don't agree? Well look at the content market and ask youself why we are steaming ahead while others closed down or giving it away in Blow Outs? Two years ago I was told the Internet was not the place for me to sell my "Glossy Magazine style Content" the guy who said that is gone.
