What is this in the CCBILL stats? (print screen included)
Question,
What does this mean? http://www.thumbtgp.com/ccbill.jpg N/A I know that it means that the referer is unknown/not tracked. But more and more they show up with 0 totals behind it...Is this maybe a web900 join? Andre |
Good question, I will ask Mark or Sean to post here about it. Always showing that N/A referral below when you have sales and taking a look at your referral urls

Shave give back? :P

Andre, this shows up when the http header is not present, such as if it comes from an email link, for instance
feel free to contact our clientsupport department, they might be able to answer your questions in a timelier manner |

FOr the ppl who care here is the offical reply from ccbill. ANd thnx Mark for taking care of this
Our reports do not collect referring url information on clicks, therefore if there was no sales under a certain account or for a certain time period you will not see any referring url's. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns part2 Mark has informed me that you are still unclear on this. Our reports will provide data such as the clicks, however when the data is unavailable it will still come back it will just have nothing on it. This is for every transaction report that is ran that has clicks that are not associated with a URL. This can get a bit confusing so please let me know if you still have any questions. |
