Are fisting websites 100% legal?
 

I know there are issues with DVD's and VHS about fisting, but im curious to see where obscenity lies as to fisting websites. I have a gay scene for an upcoming site that has some hardcore twink fisting going on and wondering if its all good.

Fisting is absolutely legal in all civilized countries such as France, Germany and others (not the USA because there is no democracy but only total censorship now...)

Doesn't the Cambria list say that it is not considered fisting or obscene as long as the thumb remains outside the hahahaha? So it depends on the content. If the entire hand including the thumb is inserted then I believe it is considered obscene. But keep in mind the Cambria list was not developed by the government, it's just a guideline that someone (an attorney, I think?) came up with to educate people on what would most likely be considered obscene in most areas of the U.S.

Community standards are what help define what is "obscene"... believe me, it's not black and white in any situation. Fisting is "extreme hardcore" and is pretty much a community no-no... It's touch and go, ask a lawyer.

ok that list basicaly says that 99% of the porn out there can be obscene. No facials? or two dicks near a mouth? Two girls sharing the same toy? Saying "suck this bitch." I'll take my chances and film the hardcore/extreme. However, I dont do the fisting. The pee stuff I am currently discussing this with my lawyer to see if the risk is worth it. There are a few obscenity cases out there due to pee. The outcome of the cases will determine alot.
Plus, I noticed that alot of billers process for pee sites. Basically, the more pee sites out there the more generally excepted it will become, thus leading it to be harder to proscute.
