Could anyone clue me in on the latest or final concensus on whether Acacia used a stolen list from Matrix or if Matrix handed them the list?

I did, twice.

Only Matrix knows for sure and they have denied it. Based on my own personal experience and that of others, I have no doubt that they handed over a list. Can I prove it? No. Do I believe Matrix? Hell no.

You do business with a licensee you run the risk of getting your info given to Acacia, it's that simple.

They all say they are protecting you, that they got clauses in their license to not divulge information.

But who's to say what a licensee will sell if his back is to the wall?

Would they rather go out of business or give up a list of contacts?

Not saying anyone has or would, just saying it might happen.

Wrong, a few of us did. I talked to them quite a bit about it and found out some really interesting info regarding the whole situation and I must say, I'm pretty much convinced that there's much more to it, and quite a bit of it that was well out of Matrix's hands.
