Is this good enough?

If havent read my recent posts. Im trying to get the hell out of this apartment. Dont want to live here anymore. this is my letter to the managment.

Dear Management,

We, John Blevins and Amber McAllister, are writing in regards of our request to be removed from the premises of the ?Georgetown Apartments Complex?. We have been living in apartment D1 on 150 Devonhurst for two months and twelve days. We recognize that we have signed a twelve month lease. In these two months, we have had numerous incidents involving health, personal security, and quality of living problems.

To be more specific, we have 2 vehicles. A ?94 GMC Jimmy, and a ?94 Mercury Cougar. Both of which have been damaged by unknown persons. On February 21st I had discovered the Cougar had been hit, by another car, in the back end. A police report was filled, but no one was questioned. The case was never closed, and insurance could not be claimed nor was there any information left by the other party. Then again more recently on March 9th the Jimmy was broken into. The contents had been strewn about the truck and the stereo was missing. A police report was also filed for this incident, but to no avail. We understand the Management has no control over these things, as we are not accusing, blaming, nor holding the Management responsible. We understand these things happen every day, but we do not feel safe in the area that we are living. Also, it is costing us way to much in un-expected expenses. Repairs and such.

Regarding health problems. Amber McAllister has asthma. Since we have moved into this complex, she has had to use her inhaler more than ever before. We think that it is due to the cigarette smoke coming for the tenants above. We can get a doctors opinion if needed. Ever day, in our hallway, bathroom, and linen closet we can smell heavy smoke. Our towels and cloths in the closet smell of the smoke, as does our apartment every so often. This poses a health problem not only for Amber, but for me as well. Also. Some hahahahahahas in the apartment refuse to open, as they have been painted shut. This, without question, poses a major fire hazard, had a fire occurred in or around the apartment.

We ask that you accept our request to move from these premises, being the complex in whole, as the quality of living does not meet our standards. Health, or security wise.

Opinions? Suggestions?
