tampa real nice 1 bed room around $800.00 just add 3 to 4 more hundred for miami.

Get online and check out the New Tampa area or Wesley Chapel area. I live in this area and it's nice, only 30 min from the gulf.:thumbsup

I went to College in Miami and moved to Tampa (it's two totally different worlds!!!). In Miami you may as well forget about waterfront unless you're looking to pay a lot of money. You can get a beautiful waterfront place in Tampa for about $850 - $1000 a month. That's with two - three bedrooms and plenty of space.

My last apartment was off of Gandy Blvd. and had it's own boat slip. You could walk out your back door and get into your boat. I paid $875 a month for that place and it was 1400 square feet. :thumbsup
