Converting wmv to high quality mpegs using TMPGEnc
 

Just wondering if anyone has any tips or sample settings to converting wmv to good qualtity 2.0-2.5mb 15-20 sec mpeg clips using TMPGEnc.
I see lots of movie galleries with nice 2mb 20 sec mpegs, so i know it's possible.
btw, The wmv files I use are high quality dvd movies like adultbouncer, pornaccess, ect.
Any help or links to sites with help would be greatly appreciated.

You can't work directly with WMV files, you should convert it to AVI first with for example Capture Solution from SProsoft.
