Who is doing it isnt important, because as long as the vulnerability exists the actual people involved could change from time to time. Whats important is who is fixing it. And it would appear that lensman either cannot or will not hire techs who know their asses from a hole in the ground.

Yes i do. But unfortunately i know little about forum software or complicated server issues. Did i say i did? But if that was my business i would make it a point to either know about it myself or hire someone who did, and would like to think that a few hackers or script kiddies could be stopped in less than months of time. Its rather obvious that a poor job is being done of running this board. But you go ahead and kiss lensmans ass if it makes you feel better.
