But, seriously folks, here's two "pay per impression" (which is what I assume you meant by CPM programs) that have been around for years, and are still going strong;

ExitForCash - $3cpm exits
FPCTraffic - $3cpm or $1.25cpm popunders

i've been having good results with fpctraffic lately, they don't shave and stats are real time check my sig for the link

Not true; we (FPCTraffic) pays on entry consoles, and MoneyTree pays per banner impression.
