why do they keep on disabling the search function, dont they own the hosting company, are they afraid of paying to much for hosting.

I have to agree, I usually use the search function to keep up on threads that I've replied to, but without it, well, they're usually buried on page 5 by the time I get back 15 minutes later. Buried by threads with (pic) in the topic no less.....

the question is...are there more banner views when people post the same story 20 times..or less because people dont get all the search results?

sex.com called, they've got a petition signed by their numerous reps calling for the search function to be re-enabled so that they can find the 'traffic' threads.

A couple of days ago I posted that, but I called it "useless".

yea it sucks a lot with out the search option. If it was being abused somehow why can't they just come up with a work around.

That search function was one of the most important tools on GFY.
