It's actually 6000. People with 6000+ can search with only a 5 second buffer.

It's 250 plus 50 banner clicks. But you have to turn it on in your profile.

To do so, go to Edit My Profile and type in: "Turn Search On", in your signature area. It should work fine after that. :thumbsup

The banner clicks must be a new thing...I didn't have to do that. Worked just fine for me after 250 posts.
