This guy has been a member of tonifreeland pretty much since day one. He's a cool guy and he just sent me this. Thought I would share it with you...No special reason....Just thought it was thoughtful of him.

This is Chris, aka Califguy, this is just a note to say hi and express concern, we chatted back and forth in the BBS on ToniFreeland a few months ago ... don't freak, I know I sent u a couple emails before but wasn't sure if you got them or replied, spam filters at work :-P

So I'm sending from an ISP account this time instead of hotmail, and I PROMISE I won't bug you again. Anyway there hadn't been any updates to the site since end of Feb and the support email links are still broken as is the BBS so I was worried about you and Toni and probed the net a bit and found the story of what had happened ... I am sorry you had to go thru that ... I feel like I should send you a check for the time I've spent on the site in the past few months ... at least enough so you two could go out to a nice dinner. Anyway I look forward to the re-release of the site back in your hands ... and my girlfriend will likely be a subscriber too, turns out she likes girls ;) and I introduced her to the site and she really enjoyed it and she likes Toni a lot ;)

Take care Aaron ... don't worry, I'm not a stalker, guess I just care about people too much sometimes, even people I barely know. The BBS was a good idea, it let people get to know you two better than just faces on a porn site, which is rare.

From time to time, iget email like that from members. It makes me feel good that I produce stuff they like.

Often I feel I am putting stuff out, and never know what people think.

i only get mails like "i want to download the movies from the members area and i can't. when i click on the link it tries to load the movie from you but i want to save it to my hard drive. i will cancell my account if you don't give me the movie" and stuff like that.

i always reply with something like "you have to right click then select Save As" but they cancell their account anyway even of i answer their mails. :(

Invite the guy & GF out for dinner when you have had the relaunch (if they dont live to far away).....

I get members that have problems with movies all the time.

Actually... not really problems, just shit like, "the 128k streamin ain't as good quality as the downloadble mpegs... THE FUCK MAAAN?!"

But they're spending money so I usually give them a free extra week, or send them some movies in another niche they like, etc.

It was the thread of yours on videosboard.com pointing at the one on www.gofuckyourself.com (lol - great name). I don't remember how I got there, I just started searching on aaron matthews productions, I knew that was your company from our last email exchange long ago when I was trying to figure out hahahahahahas in the BBS, and eventually it led me to that BBS ... I felt a bit weird going in there, but it was a publicly open forum ... i just stayed long enough to read your thread ... that's your guys domain not mine ;) I was honestly afraid you had gotten in legal trouble somehow ... you wouldn't have deserved that ... and ... well .. i missed seeing new content ;) so I wanted to try a little to find out what was up. Then I was afraid you'd think I was being too nosy. It is a little scary sometimes how easy it is to root things up on the internet.

p.s. they really did screw up the members section. Somehow I found it funny that it says at the end of the main hahahahahaha OUR NUMBER ONE GOAL HERE AT TONI FREELAND IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO E-MAIL OUR SUPPORT CENTER FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS but the email link hahahahahaded points at a mailbox that doesn't exist. That's what drove me to try to find out what was going on. Unfortunately I think others probably might not have been so forgiving. Hope you can get people to come back in the relaunch, it's a great site. See ya around.

Nothing like the friendly emails from the long term PAYING customers....They're the best.

guys like to know they are talking to a real person that owns the site or is in charge of it instead of some person hired to take care of customer support ..Keep that guy on the mailing list!

Let's be reasonable about this and back our words with facts. i wish you would show some proof to back you up. First off all we own all the rights, you just didn't want to pay the price. that doesnt mean we stole the content. And then you starting to get him out of biz. You are just a sad person and still running around and saying things like this. Don't you have anything else to do? And if you have beef with us then come to us and don't start on boards. jkfc - As we are having this conversation elsewhere, you could probably leave Aaron's thread alone at this point. My view is simply that if a photographer says you don't have the rights to use his work and he is a known person and you are not, I am going to believe the photog.
