RIVIERA BEACH -- Lakyna Anderson's three oldest children managed to survive years of neglect and mistreatment. But her littlest one didn't make it.

Nine-month-old Jamarion Anderson died Thursday with severe burns in his mouth and on his cheek, a broken arm, a broken rib and bruises all over, according to police. Anderson was arrested Friday on an aggravated manslaughter charge.
