Was this their live tech support in their control panel, or did you call?

I find their tech support likes to first deny there is a problem, and then cut me off and refuse to answer chat requests after.

I will ahve to agree with the masses that webair kicks ass.

Pretty sad you have to get excited about something a host is supposed to do. I always give instant phone support to customers via 800# if they like 24 hours a day. But hey thats just how its supposed to be.

They rule:)

the point is that it took not even 2 min, and they resolved my issues. can't name too many other hosts that can handle things that quickly
