Time to Set Up Scalia
In what is one of the most horrible violations of the Constitution, Scalia used the U.S. Marshal service to seize two tape recorders from journalists at a public speaking event. The U.S. Marshal service is not a private security force. They have no right to intervene in a private matter.
I only wished the journalists had let themelves be arrested and argued the case. I can only hope that one journalist in future do it again. Scalia needs to be taught that as a Justice he is not above the law and does not have the right to abuse power of office. What a facist jackboot crook. http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmp...alia_reporters |
I read about that. I wonder if the Justices have some sort of special legal standing, as they are on the supreme court.

They don't outside the courtroom. No one has supralegal standing. That's the whole point of not having a King. |
