1st.. Never had problems till today.. so yes a vent - but I'll continue with them...


I ordered foreign currency from them for my wife's trip - 3 days ago... The business teller said it would take 1 day - maximum of 2 days - today is day 3 - still nothing - just stopped by - the same teller said well...

'I said i promised you - I never said I guaranteed you that it would be here within a 1 to 2 day period of time.'
