What should I do with this asshole?

he is emailing me child porn links and saying its on my server and he is going to get me in trouble for it.

here is his email i got this morning.

Here is another disgusting porno website that was sent to this address by someone in YOUR network. I have complained to you before about this UNWANTED obscenity.

The attached pornographic email (website url:
http://linkremoved.net/index.html which leads to one of your hosted servers has been dumped into this mailbox.

This mailbox belongs to my 8yr old son. DELETE this address from your database IMMEDIATELY and keep your filthy perverted sex garbage OUT of my little child's PRIVATE mailbox.

BE WARNED .... The images contain on the advertised pornographic website are of under-aged children. I have saved a copy of both this reply and your
(vendor's) original email. If you dump this pornography into her mailbox again, I will have no difficulty in finding a child protection law enforcement agency whom will ensure that you will not again inflict this outrage upon my son nor other poor innocent young children in the future.

I sincerely advise you that I will relentlessly pursue ANY/ALL measures to protect my children's best interest. I allow you 2 days to correct this problem. If, after 48 hours, my son is again victimized by this website, YOU WILL REGRET IT .

i wonder if he's trying to spam you in a clever fashion, or if someone is sending out CP spam with your address as the sender.

the headers appear legit from AOL

It sounds like it is cp spam - a nice way to stop people complaining about it is to shit them up.

Check his headers, and block him. Report the link to ASACP, report the spam via Spamcop or similar and go from there.

The header info will show where it originated etc and Spamcop will do the legwork for you, giving you info of hosts etc.

Jep it sounds like CP spam...
