24/7 support and staff is what they have and not any BS. Got a call from there tech 6 am notifying me that new server was ready and waiting for me to give ok to go live to test it :thumbsup :thumbsup

Their virtual plans kinda suck.
Servers are overloaded and junior techs don't know much about fixing stuff.

I referred afew people who got virtual accounts and they are happy as hell. All their techs are top notch and get shit done asap. I really dont know the details of your experience but they are top notch in my book and alot of others

Juicy, if you got the server at 6am :) Wouldn't that mean you ordered it at 4am for it to be a timely delivery :) Stop smoking and getting boxes online for production!
