there are some, but none that allow adult (that I know of).

non adult would be http://www.webhostingpal.com but you need a free remote mysql database from any of the hundreds that offer them.

Most free hosts do not provide the adult content offer.

If you sign up for a paid account, the host provider offer free domain as long as you are hosted with them. You can always transfer your domain to a better host anytime, but you can not transfer the domain anytime before 60 days (depending the registar's policy) once you just got that domain for first time.

Keep in mind, most free hosting providers do not have most features such as database, php, cgi, etc.. only limited features and limited bandwidth.

If you can not afford monthly paid account, then that's your problem.
