I need someone to completely overhaul my members areas. From start to finish, control the upsells, redo the image galleries, feeds, etc.. then maintain members area and also then take on a traffic management position.

Obviously, html skills are a must. Any programming/photoshop skills would be a plus. I am also looking for someone with previous experience with this. I dont want to train someone.

Im looking to hire someone on a weekly salary to start the project and maintain it.

You can work from your own home location. Compensation will be VERY competitive. I am looking for someone that can start right away and work full time on this project.

Sounds good. That's monkey work pretty much anyone can do. Movie editing skills are a plus for a job like that too (if you have movies that need edited and watermarked in your members area).

Good luck to whoever gets the job. Chris will pay you right, and second, member area management is underestimated. It's one of the most important things. Especially when you have PPS and want to do good upselling.

Of course everyone can make thumbnails. But not everyone knows a good update schedule, what picture/movie update would be nice to have next.(so you keep your other members happy, because everyone has different taste) some good "talking" around for the best upsells prices etc. And indeed some movie editing skills would be a plus too. SO you can watermark some parts of the movie, crop it into smaller parts, output it in multiple formats etc.
