For those of you that celebrate it, this weekend is Easter.

I won?t get into the religious implications of rabbit worship or chocolate eggs (If wine is the blood of christ?what is chocolate!?!), but I would like to offer an alternate non-religious Sunday plan for you all.

Years ago, when the allure of painted hard-boiled eggs began to wane, my mom came up with a brilliant idea:

Now, every Easter, the whole family searches for imported brews in the yard. We use six-pack holders filled with plastic grass as "baskets." It?s a fun family activity for grown-ups or drunken children. (We even hide bottles of Ensure for grandpa.) So, I urge you to take this tradition with you into your holiday weekend. Post pics if you do!

Yea ....but thats *Gag* Lite beer :throwup

lol...that's just the "basket." Mom's smart enough to know that lite beer doesn't lure us to the house.

I remember reading about that on prehensile some years ago, sounds like a good time. Speaking of prehensile, every now and again I look at that Family Circus sideshow thing you did, and it still makes me laugh outloud. "Grandad made my pooper hurt"

we used to keep beers in the river in the back...as wed be down there fishing almost every night..they were always nice and cold

i still dont get how chocolate got involved :)
