I have someone from Sweden that is talking to me about their inability to get an ePassporte account because they do not have a credit card.

I thought ePassporte was supposed to be a viable alternative to a credit card. Did I miss something here?

you need a CC to get an ePassporte Visa Electron card. They charge you $30 for the card and they put like $10 in your account.

There are two ways, no, make that three ways to get a personal account.

1. Sign up for a sponsor that pays in ePassporte.
2. Get an ePassporte gift card from a verified member.
3. Use your personal credit card to load a personal account.

The other option is a commercial account which is funded via wire.

You don't need a CC to get an ePassporte card.. but to get a Visa Electron Card from ePassporte you need a CC.

So, Kimmy, if this guy gets paid from SPP via ePassporte, that automatically makes him eligible to get a personal account?

Baddog I got both the personal account and the electron card from without using my CC. I simply got ARS to get me both :)

Guys how much time you waith (specialy those who are from Europe) to get your epassporte electron card i order it on 30-03 via regular mail and where the hell is Anguilla? Did they have postal service ??

I got my card in less than 1 week and I'm from the EU. Hella fast for me!

Im from sweden and I have a VISA card, I can get it to work everywhere but I get declined by epsssporte. It fucking sucksssssssssss

You dont need any CC to get the epassporte, go some of your sponsors and sign up there for exempl Gamma,ARS4real or FlashCash.

Once you have the Virtual account, you can opt to get the Electron card.
The only place you need the credit card is to load the account if you don't have a sponsor that pays via ePassporte.

Once you have the initial account, anyone with an account can send you money as well.
