Any DVD Screen Capture Programs Worth A Shit?

Now in the new age of technology everything is on DVD. Even family outing footage. So I need a program to screen capture DVD shots.

Any of them worth a shit? For PC?

powerdvd has an option where you can get screenshots by pressing a button if that helps
