Do fat ppl know that they are fat?
 

I am in pretty good shape but I put on a few pounds and I feel fat so Im back at the gym 7 days a week for bout 1-2 hrs

I was wondering whether fat ppl know that they are fat or do they think that they are still good looking?

Do stupid people know they are stupid ?

when I came back from England after 8 months I put on 5 pounds and I can tell I knew that. Three weeks in the gym and it was gone.
Some people just don't care how they look, it depends on each person.:winkwink:

I think she meant, don't care if they are what "society" calls a standard 10. We all handle weight gain our own way.


I believe she just meant that some people don't mind if they gain a few extra lbs and still think they look great, don't see the need to be at the gym every day to lose it...and don't take merit in others opinons if they happen to be negative.

im 20 lbs overweight according to my doctor...so im on hydroxycut. losing weight every day from them! :thumbsup
