I really don't want anything pre-made ... I'd prefer a custom design, and then someone who can implement it correctly.

Hey Mike,

I just used dickmansdesign.com on a v-bull project. They came up with a very sharp cutting edge design and they have a super reliable guy that implements it, and or transfers the data from other such boards as phpbb....whatever you need.

And I am willing to bet if you drop my name to them you will get a good price:thumbsup
