Contact info for a higher up at Epcoh?
 

Does anyone know of a phone number, icq, or email of someone who is in some position of authority over at Epoch..

I'm having a hell of a time getting some new sites added and it doesn't seem like my account rep has any clue what needs to be done to make this happen. I've had 2 weeks of run around and they've yet to be submitted to visa for approval.

I have some advice for Epoch: copy CCBill. Look at their built-in affiliate program, their trouble ticket system, their built-in webmaster tools that let you add your own new sites...and steal these good ideas.

My epoch rep is great, he calls me all the time and gives me updates and stuff and is very easy to get a hold of!

but CCBill visa process was much easier.

I agree, my epoch rep is usually great.. very helpful and always gets stuff done right away.

But this new process of submitting all new sites to visa has everyone over there confused, or theres a serious lack of communication between the people reviewing the sites and the reps. I was told 2 weeks ago that my new sites wer submitted to visa and good to go, then tuesday I call to find out the status and find out that the sites had never even been sent out to visa. Now I'm 2 weeks behind, and they've still yet to be sent out to visa. It's a pain in the ass if you ask me...
