How to kill Powerstrip popup

I've got this popup on one of my sites (hosted on my server) and I can't seem to figure out where it is coming from

It's not that powerstrip is installed, it's just someone advertising them. the link is http://www.adsvr.net/PowerStrip/adserv2.asp?did=15300

services I use on the page are:
clickzs.com
trackyourstats.com (I think it's this one)
bannerpower.com
nedstat.com

do you know if some of them use this?
