I am sure she was quite impressed

Ever promised yourself something?

Ever since I made money, I promised myself I'd never have another car that would break down all the fucking time in traffic at rush hour. So far, that hasn't happened.

My '86 Daytona Turbo broke down so many times in traffic that I wouldn't be shocked if the radio stations announced "that black daytona broke down again on the xxxxx bridge".

promise to buy yourself a new car every couple of years, should keep you out of trouble :)

Im promising myself to save money so I can buy some apartment buildings. Not buying toys is HARD :(

I was never big on material possessions despite the success I've had in business.

Spend much on hobbies at all?

I wanna go out and buy a $5,000 downhill bike tomorrow!

I don't really have hobbies. The last thing I spent money on, was giving a friend a five figured check to help pay his medical bills. I prefer the joy from that than a new car or bike. I dunno, I've never been someone to enjoy electronics or other material things. Weird I guess :)

Hmm... I've spent money helping friends and stuff. I've donated some cash to some local charities. I like that feeling too. However, I do like my electronics and cars and tend to go all out. :)

Anything I do as a hobby I like spending money on. I haven't spent anything on jewellry or anything "flashy" except my cars. Then again, the "flashy" part takes a backseat to speed as far as my cars go.

I wanna get a properly sized mountain bike that won't send a 6'3 fatty like me head first over the handle bars...

I am going to buy a nice Kimber Custom TLE II after I get an IT certification under my belt. In the meantime, a large chunk of the money I am making is just being reinvested back into the businesses.

There will be plenty of time for toys later. :thumbsup

That I think about it, no, not really. Which seems odd. :eyecrazy

Same deal. I just bought a new car but I kept it to under one months salary. This might have more to do woth how stable I think my business is versus how much I want to spend. It also freaks me out to throw money away on something that just goes down in value everyday.
