Certain people I don't understand
 

Some people complain about having a painfull, stiff neck. They have to get a massage in order to relax! Why can't they relex these muscles theirselves, and why do they even get high muscle tonus there? I don't get it.

Also, when I ask people to relax certain muscles when physically examining them, some just can't. I don't get it.

Sometimes if you take a viagra and it sticks in your throat, a stiff neck may occur...
