Well, there are hundreds of suitcase nuclear bombs that are unaccounted for. So figure that at least one of those will hit the US within 5 years.

Aside from that, some minor shit will happen, but nothing that will end the world as we know it.

I'd be more worried about some random asteroid collision than I would be worried about some man-made catastrophe. And I'm not that worried about that at all.
