There is no fucking way I'd ever train someone to replace me. In fact, I'd come in the next day and shoot the place up instead.

sadly this is gonna be a bigger trend as companies have to do what they can to stay competative

Some jobs should not be outsourced. When it comes to my safety, I want native English speakers that comprehend what's going on.
