Thanks chemical, content2die4 offered $18,500.00 but have yet to come up with the money so I have it back on the market and taking offers again, I gotta be picky who I sell it to, it has to be someone who will keep it running as I have and built 7000+ webmasters and 5000 titles with more then 30+ producers.
