Please be a bit more considerate!

Even though there's not many who agree with the occupation of Iraq and your country's government choices with Iraq! Please try and be a bit more considerate to your fellow country men who are there paying the ultimate price!

You may not agree with your government but support your troups, there is nothing more demoralising when your figiting a war knowing your fellow country men don't support you!!

:(

DR_PHIL 04-06-2004 04:56 PM

yes, king bush says off with your heads.

bjs24 04-06-2004 04:59 PM

I think Bush is the dumbes fucking President we've ever had but I dont hold that against anyone in the military except the ones on TV doing nothing but agreeing with Bush because thats what their told to do.

StuartD 04-06-2004 05:00 PM

they're not my country men and Bush should be there with them if he's truly such a great man.

Draft him and put a gun in his hands and send him over and you'll see the nation pull pretty damn fast.

Then they should refuse to participate. Every individual is responsible for their own actions. If you get on a ship and travel to another country and kill someone, then YOU did that; not Bush, not 'America'.

you have no clue how the military works

soldiers have to follow orders whether or not they agree with them, you cant just not do something because you dont feel like it

Yes, actually they can. Each individual just stops shooting. End of war.
If someone tells you to go kill someone, you just give them a :321GFY
Most individuals just want to stay home with their family/friends;
it is when you give up your individuality that the world is threatened.
Warmongers are powerless without unthinking unquestioning obedient dogs.

Without some sort of "military" action in the past, well, you wouldn't be a CamChick. :2 cents:

I am not saying there should be no military. I am saying that each member of the military must make an informed moral judgement before participating, and every day thereafter.

You do not give up personal responsibility.

Okay, let me reword that phrase;

Had the soldiers at one point in time given up that personal responsibility, you would not be a CamChick. Better? :)

Which soldiers in which war are you referring to?

All people, including those who choose careers in the military, always have personal responsibility; even if they ignore it and/or are brainwashed into thinking they don't. Ultimately it's one person killing another person. All the other circumstance is ritual.
