Is the right time for higher res of vids?

We still offer our mpgs in 352x288.Do you think its the time for higher resolution?I think the surfers still have problems with larger files (paysite owners or tech guys must know better then me)
How is the situation?

I've never tried it, but larger screens will definitely stand out of the crowd

thirtymins shouldnt be more than 200mb
