Yeah, but does this guy have any assets or property to attach a lien? If he's just a poor scammer, there might be no way to collect. That's what they call "judgement proof." Alternatively, if he doesn't have much, he may just file bankruptcy. I'm sure you discussed all these tactical issues with your attorneys, and am just wondering ...

If I'm not mistaken, perfected judgements are usually good for 10 years. They can also be renewed for another 10 years. So, you basically have a 20 year hahahahahaha to find assets. Bankruptcy remains a real problem though.
