Then Bush should have said "Address me as 'Mr President' please". Rather than the sarcastic, "Who are you talking to?!?" Bush has obviously forgotten some of the basic manners that he was taught (presumably) as a boy:
1. Always be polite.
2. Never unilateraly invade another country ina pre-emptive strike, unless you are absolutely completely 100% sure that that they pose a serious and imminent threat to your country.
