Can I download the whole gallery template and images and put on my server to promote THAT TOPBUCKS program. anyone know if this is allowed

Why wouldn't it be? As long as you're promoting them...

with just the template you should not have issues if you want the content also... well thats a whole other story.

They wouldn't mind........it would save them money in bandwidth costs....

Don't quote me on it but I wouldnt see it as a problem if you use the galleries to promote topbucks. But if you started promoting other sponsors with them then it might be an issue.

It's always best to get permission first. Many times the content is licensed to be used on their domains only. It doesn't matter whether their logo is watermarked on the content or not.

Just because they are FHG's it does not mean that the content is licenced to use on your domain. That goes for gallery design as well. Maybe you should check with your sponsor before you use their stuff.

Just wanted to post the "official" word on this issue; so long as you stick to promoting TopBucks sites with the galleries, it is fine by us if you want to download the templates/content and host them yourself. Just don't mix and match the site marketing (i.e. use a MilfSeeker gallery to promote TeensForCash, for example) or use any elements of the design or content to promote another program/site, and we'll have no problem with it.
