getting traded on the pinks isn't very hard and Im quite suprised someone hear hasnt tried it just for fun. Just $100k/yr in revenue would look good for some stocks on the pinksheets.

Actually we are in the process of bringing our company public.

How much investor capital can a OTC pinksheets stock raise?

Also is there anyway to set it up so that even if you go public the owners can be majority shareholders? If so, what are the disadvantages to this?
