AL4As script - too many links? I think not
 

What's up with AL4A? The last 2 times I tried to submit a gallery they said they don't accept sites with more than 8 outside links. Well that's great and all, but my first gallery only had 4 links including recips, and the 2nd one has 6.

So what gives? Anybody else submitted to them lately?

Check that all your anchor tags are closed, that can cause a problem.

I get that shit with several scripts on several galleries.

Just like errors like:

Not enough thumbs
not enough pics
Not allowed to link the pics on html

And other idiotic crap like that.

People just cant install their scripts or dont understand the settings.

same problems here, i really hate some scripts... world would be much easier if everyone would use the same scripts..

I would expect better from a large site.

I have to agree with this, it would be awesome if there was a standard.
i remember how i freaked when I was just starting out, i couldnt beleive all the diff type of forms...I always thought they should all have the same style or type page to fill since so many people submit daily it would save collosal amounts of tme for both submitters and site owners but alas even more scripts cam out..
these days its the validation boxes that are a pain in the ass.
when an l looks like 1 or vice versa...o god...i just hit refresh lol
