I've got a new site comming out, probably a 6 site (6 girls) ring. Should I make it possible for people to become affiliates? What kind of success could be created by just 6 girls ? I could get a new scene from each girl once a week if there were enough $$$.

You market it right, you have enough content for clients to sign up and retain, you can make some decent bank of it but that's if it's done right.

They are all 22-26 and hot. I know thats not young enough for many of you, lol.

Thats pretty much it. Any advice on how it should be done ?

There is no site. I was seeking advice while waiting on the docs. Should i put all 6 girls on one site? I was going to make 6 sites and let people have acces too all of them. We will probably add live 1on1 webcams in a month.

do you have a lot of your own traffic? Without affiliates it may be hard for you to get sign ups.

to attract webmasters you need to be competitive with your affiliate program and offer good quality content. To be competitive I'd satrt with hosted galleries, 50% sign up, stuff like that.
