You guys heard about anything like that there is high rate of chargebacks associated with affiliates from that areas? Should webmasters from those area be banned from joinning the affiliate programs.

Some of our best converting and retaining webmasters are from E. Europe.
Coincidentally probably 3/4 of the cheaters we catch are in the US.. :2 cents:

That is interesting but good to know. The Japanese affiliates with our program are performing well with very low chargeback rate.
