You know my feeling on the 1st amendment and fantasy...that as long as adults who have reached the age of consent are involved then fine.

However the issue is civil in regards to model contracts and leaving yourself open later to them saying that they were unable to give consent because they were incapacitated which is certainly possible.

Those models are not high or drugged up and those pics are only a FRACTIOn of the ones in the set.

in fact, ive used the set with the coke pics and without, with 150+ pics there is plenty to use.

Naw man...it's a discussion and a valid one at that...the concerns would be valid as well for anyone who produces content.

No I think you're missing the point...you know very well my stand on fantasy content...I've stated before that we as an industry should be able to get away with just about anything that is shown in a mainstream movie...however we are not afforded such liberties.

No one in their right mind would go back and say to Steven Spielberg that they want him to stop the production on his #1 box office hit because they were high at the time of filming...but someone who has issues may regret letting a group of guys gang bang them and then dump loads on their face and claim that they were in no way in their right mind to consent to it.
