The New Ibill

.... looks alot like the OLD Ibill.

Met with them at the Phoenix Forum this week. Here is a sample of the conversation:

me: "Is there ANY CHANCE that I will be paid the money you owe me?"

Garrett Bender: "No."

Well, thanks "New Ibill" for the "New buttfucking"... It feels a lot like the "Old buttfucking".

When I'm asked which processor I trust and recommend, you can be sure I won't say Ibill.

Yeah, and their reasoning for not paying me was:

"But then we'd have to pay everyone."

now that's a bitch slap.

i love it when the big boys play rough.

noice.

chowda 04-05-2004 12:36 PM

just ask them to shave 1% off everyone's processing and they can pay off what they owe u.

tony286 04-05-2004 04:19 PM

They didnt get paid on the 900 number , so how do you expect them to pay you? When I was in sales until the check came in I didnt get paid, the check didnt come my check didnt come. Also its common sense, you do 900 and then stop getting paid , the first time that happens you take that option off. I never understand people that dont get paid and continue offering that service and complain they didnt get paid . lol They pay on time every time, the first rep we had sucked .We now have Bari and she is great, gave us her ICQ . She is right on any problem or question that comes up. Ibill was the only one to do a web meeting when the Mastercard thing came up and answer any questions posed to them.

I was truly surprised to see them there, Steve.

They pretty much sounded like the same IBill people who were in Vancouver, back in October.

So, if it looks like a rat and talks like a rat......

Good seeing you, Steve!

Ic3m4nZ 04-05-2004 04:55 PM

So you're saying iBill hasn't been paid in years? They're making no money? They shut down operations years ago?

BuckLover 04-05-2004 06:01 PM

I used I bill! the ratios suck but they seem to pay on time!

quiet 04-05-2004 06:10 PM

ibill helped to make me a multi-millionaire. they've continued to send beautiful wires to me, every two weeks, since 1997. there were some rough times, but i never missed a payment. and things have been very smooth as of late.

With stories like this, it makes it hard to understand why they would be so tight with a relatively small amount of money?

i agree, it was a bad move on their part. i lost some 900 money, but it was a joke, because we did not push 900 at all.

i definitely feel for those who lost substantial 900 revenue.

Everyhahahaha had a contract with iBill, not ATT&T (or who ever was doing the 900 Billing for iBill). iBill should of at least setup some type of monthly payment to pay everyhahahaha what they owe(d). Alot of companies still payed out to their affiliates for the 900 Billing. That was to keep their reputation good. iBill apperantly doesn't care about their reputation.

My billing company will be offering 900 Billing. If I don't get the money from MCI, I would still payout what is owed. Even if it meant working out a payment plan with each company. It's just bad business, to say to your clients "tough luck", but we want to keep you as a customer.

Have you asked your billing company if they dont get paid by the phone company will you still get your money ? I highly doubt it. These billing companies process transactions, they are not a insurance policy. I will go back to the sales analogy, if you are in a commision setting until the customer pays you dont get paid. Its that simple and I go back to my original statement if you didnt get paid for 900 why did you keep the option up?

When I was talking about my billing company, I was talking about the billing company I own "PayWide Billing". If my billing company "PayWide Billing" didn't get paid for 900 Billing like what happened to iBill, my company would still payout to my customers. My customers have a contract with my company, not the company that my company does the 900 Billing through.

I agree that if you don't get paid, you should drop it. But with 900 Billing, it takes around 2 months before finding out that your not getting paid.

These billing companies process transactions for their customers and they are responsible for paying their customers what their customers are owed. Just because AT&T didn't pay iBill, doesn't all of a sudden relieve iBill of their debt to their customers.
