Just received an email that this paysite has been closed. There is no explanation why. I wonder what happened? This girl is everywhere... including sprinkled liberally over the hall of fame on my TGP, which means my prod will take a hit when I remove all her galleries. :(

It's something more serious than a simple contractual or pay dispute, because the members area content is gone completely. It's been replaced by a page offering a refund or free access to their other sites for 30 days.

i would guess that either something is seriously wrong or they are just moving servers or having tech problems. you can't just pull a paysite offline without having to deal with obscene chargebacks. i seriously doubt that a person in this biz that has been around just decided to one day take a popular site offline on a whim.

Pleasurepays is right. You cannot abruptly shut down a paysite without consequence. Rather than set up something to seamlessly permit access to their other sites and perhaps throw in some other bonuses to keep the members happy, they've left it up to the members to act and contact them for a refund or free access to the other sites.

I checked my ccbill admin and there are still several ACTIVE kristinafey memberships - they will rebill!

To be fair to Panchodog, something major has obviously happened to make them abruptly shut down such an important site for them. Hopefully they're still working on a better solution to keep the surfers happy and less likely to charge back.
