Bluff,

Doctor put me on it last year or so. Zyban is the same as Wellbutrin which is a anti depressant first few days I was like a walking Zombie in lala land. It did help a little but the side effects , such as being tired, ans leepy and such greatly affected my day to day activities. I went off of it after a week or so. I told the doc i couldnt handle the fucking thing. Even with these drugs you still need some sort of dedication to stop and such.

definitely dedication is the key. Did you stop smoking after my motivating piece of post yesterday? :winkwink: Indeed, bupropion is used as an antidepressant in the US, but in higher dosage than when used for nicotine abuse. What doses did you use, maybe it was too high? 150 mg once a day and 150 mg twice a day after 6 days is the protocolled prescription here.

Don't use that shit.

If you don't do it yourself you're just messin yourself up.

Lots of ppl have had their brain chemistry totally screwed by that
drug. Mega clinical depression in people that have always been
happy.

Might not happen to you..... but might.....

Sure not to happen if you do it yourself.

If I were a smoker, I would always do it cold turkey. Some people lack motivation for non-understandable reasons however.

Best bet is developing a healthy addiction to Phillp Morris brand
Nicotine patches. Then when you go back to smoking twice as
much as before it will be less of a shock.

:-P
