How can you possibly criticize me for any conflict that comes to you? I watch every day what you are doing as a society. This guy did manage to stur up quite a rucuss in 2000.. what stumps me though is why no one has bothered to see if there's a little John Titor running around somewhere in Florida (which I believe is where he said he was raised).

Is that the same guy that was arrested for some kind of stockmarket fraud??

The guy invested like 500$ and made 300million in like 4 months. When he was arrested, he said that he was from the future and that was how he new what to invest in.

The strange thing was, that he did it during the time that the market was dumping every day 2 years ago.

He also has no arrest recors, and they said that they could not find a birth record either.

Two things I don't get....

(1) If the war is suppose to happen this year, and then shit hits the fan for years to come, with everyhahahaha in hidding and then a nuclear war, how was the time machine ever invented? In theory it would have to be already built but I gotta believe if a cival war happens, the enonomy will take a shit on a national and eventual worldwide bases. Who will have the funds to fund a time machine project.

(2) Several time he mentioned that he would not want to come back and warn us about Pearl Harbor because Hilter would get the a-bomb and there goes Britan. So why come back and warn us about the cival war and nuclear war. What happens if 10 years after when came back, the world finally has peace - the second coming happens, and life is grand after that. By coming back, he could have fucked up 1000 years of peace and harmony. Secondly, why not just come back and kill Hitler when he was a little boy in Germany?

I wasn't the one that started the thread. Do a search of John Titor and see how many sites come back - lots.

Not saying it's true or that I believe it one bit, but reading more and more about it is kinda scary. Think about our current situation (and keep in mind that this was started in 2000). Our lovely president started a war with Iraq based on lies and deceptions - all in the name of terror. Then in the name of terror rapidly, and I mean rapidly, signed the Patriot Act into law. An act that takes away more civil liberties that you or I will ever understand. The multiple Waco type events this dude was talking about could very well be the Government breaking into peoples houses and gunning them down - all in the name of terror. Don't say it couldn't happen - how many peoples lives were ruined because of McCarthy and his witch hunt for "Communists" living in the good ole' USA.

As one person said, "Go back 500 years ago and tell people that we will be flying jet aircraft and space shuttle missions to the space station and you would be drawn and quartered." People just would not buy it.

Americans killing each other... what a loss.

I'd never heard of this guy, but I've spent the last 24 hours reading everything I can on him, I've just never encountered such a brilliant, complex hoax. Hella entertaining stuff :)
