Doesn't surprise me a bit, your country's run by a bunch of scammers, the guy in the street is bound to follow the example.

Fletch XXX 04-04-2004 03:26 PM

has been happening forever.

SirSmokeALot 04-04-2004 03:29 PM

I worked with 2 home depot managers who got fired for this. They looked like they wanted to cry.:1orglaugh

Gheenz 04-04-2004 03:31 PM

That guy in the picture's name is Drew Pooters hehe :1orglaugh (yeah I know...kinda juvenile)

The Heron 04-04-2004 03:33 PM

I don't get it, don't employees realize their paychecks aren't the right amounts????

PenetratinP 04-04-2004 03:34 PM

Those managers should just add some cross sells and exit popups to make extra revenue.....wtf....damn....I need to get outside more often....

Would you notice if 3 minutes were cut off your monthly paycheck?
Do this times hundreds of employees and its a nice amount per year saved

Cyborg 2.0 04-04-2004 03:39 PM

old thread

bdld 04-04-2004 03:46 PM

this is definately not surprising.
workplaces make it a big hassle to "fix your check" after you notice there's been a mistake. so some dont bother to get it fixed if there's only an hour or two missing or overtime wasnt calculated correctly.

the_wizz 04-04-2004 03:47 PM

`That's not exactly legal,' " said Mr. Pooters

pornJester 04-04-2004 03:49 PM

That sucks, there's alot of greedy mutherfokers out there. Glad I don't work at a PPH job.

beemk 04-04-2004 03:57 PM

doesnt surprise me at all. they should make penaltys more strict for this.

digifan 04-04-2004 04:31 PM

I am surprised...

pimplink 04-04-2004 06:22 PM

It's not a new news after all.

count blingula 04-04-2004 06:48 PM

mhende6600 04-04-2004 09:00 PM

Thats really sleazy of those companies to shave hours when they hardly pay much anyway. I think I would kill myself if I had to go work a bullshit job again.

PostWhore 04-04-2004 09:19 PM

I dont get, how managers benefit from this?

Kick the man thats holding you down in the nuts :BangBang:

NiTe-HaWk 04-04-2004 09:53 PM

I just read this in the paper today. I know the place I work at sort of does this too. They use time sheets still and the managers leave early and say they left a few hours later then they did because they are on salary so they are supposed to be there a certain amount of time. It sucks for guys like me because they are getting free pay while we have to be in the shit hole.

spentrent 04-04-2004 09:56 PM

"Shaving" isn't restricted to the online adult world.

Any kind of individual who does anything through a broker is going to be shaved. Humans are greedy; is that a surprise?

DBS.US 04-04-2004 10:06 PM

If the shaved employees burned down the homes of the greedy managers I be others would think twice!:321GFY

zentz 04-04-2004 10:24 PM

Ash@phpFX 04-04-2004 11:52 PM
